Glitz (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe)
  • Shipping addresses
  • Content you create

We also automatically collect device information, crash data, and push notification tokens. For influencers, we collect tracking link activity including clicks, referrals, and sales attribution. We do not collect precise location data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the App; process transactions; send notifications; improve our services; respond to inquiries; detect and prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Information Sharing

We may share your information with:

  • Other users (profile information, content)
  • Payment processors (Stripe)
  • Service providers who assist our operations
  • Law enforcement when required by law

When you make a purchase, your name, shipping address, and order details are shared with the selling company to fulfill your order. If a company uses Shopify, your order information is transmitted to their Shopify store for fulfillment and shipping.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We use encryption, secure servers, and regular security assessments.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the App. You can control tracking through your device settings.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Firebase for authentication, database, push notifications, and crash reporting (Crashlytics)
  • Cloudinary for image hosting and optimization
  • Shopify for product catalog integration (when connected by a Company)

These services have their own privacy policies. Crash reports may include your user ID and account type to help diagnose issues.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us.

10. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction and sales records are retained permanently for financial integrity and audit purposes, even after account deletion. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time through the App settings.

11. International Users

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.

12. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.
